Return and exchange
At the house of At Eleftheria Essence , customer satisfaction is paramount. However, due to the nature of our skin care products, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.
✅ Products eligible for return or exchange
Only items with a manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping are eligible for return or exchange.
The products must be :
1) Not used
2) In their original packaging
3) Accompanied by proof of purchase
The customer is not responsible for return shipping costs for products validated as damaged or defective.
No slip return will be automatically provided. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive a response within 7 working days telling you whether the product should be returned, and if so, to the original shipping address.

You have a period of 14 days from the delivery date to contact us and request a return or exchange.

To initiate a request:

1) Your order number
2) A description of the problem
3) Clear photos of the product concerned
OR make your request directly via your customer account on our website, in the "Track my order" section, where you can also track the processing of your return or exchange.
2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with specific instructions regarding the return or exchange. If a return is necessary, the cost will be our responsibility.

No returns or exchanges are accepted for:
1) Change of mind
2) Personal allergic reaction
3) Improper use of the product
4) Request made after the 14-day period
